St. Berchmans College NCC naval subunit comes under the 5 Kerala Battalion NCC Changanassery. It has a sanctioned strength of 50 cadets. Every year thirty three percentage of the total strength is enrolled from the first year students. During the last ten years, nine times our subunit won the overall best subunit award. During the last ten years fourteen cadets from SB college NCC Naval unit represented the Kerala and Lakshadweep directorate in the Republic Day parade held at New Delhi.
