Team Excellence is constituted with the vision to select a team of students with the potential for excellence, nurture their talents and refine their skills to make them the icons of SB College.
Students with strong academic credentials, critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and emotional quotient get to represent the college for all the major events throughout the academic year.
The chosen students receive specialized training in leadership, public speaking, and event management. The induction of the selected students involves a two-day residential training programme. Later, the team is entrusted with the responsibility of managing the various events of the college.
In addition to various other opportunities, they are also provided a two-week training on Basic English Language & Communication, Training on Dining Etiquettes at a five star hotel, Free Tour etc.
